Following are some treatment methods we provide:

• Panchakarma Therapy
  Ayurveda prescribes Panchakarma Therapy as the best remedy for almost all ailments as it purifies the body from toxic waste that has settled in the body due to unhealthy lifestyles prevailing in the modern world. There are five distinct stages for Panchakarma. Each stage has an important effect on the body. That is why utmost care is exercised at Leela Nursing Home while performing Panchakarma on patients. Patients leave our nursing home with improved vigour and resume their normal activities with total confidence. The panchakarmas are as follows:
  • Vamanam : In this stage patients are induced to vomit. This stage is for purifying your chest and stomach. This treatment is a cure for chronic respiratory problems and allergic skin disorders, etc.
  • Virechanam : This stage is for general detoxification of the body. It is used to treat rheumatic diseases.
  • Nasyam : In this medicated oils are poured into nostrils. This is used in treating headaches including migraine, cervical spondylosis, facial palsy etc. The patients gets wonderful relief from all the above problems after practicing Nasyam by pouring medicated Ayurvedic oils or other prescribed medicines into the nasal cavity.
  • Rakthamoksham : It is the best remedy for all ailments caused by impure blood. During this stage, thrust is given on treatments developed for purifying the blood in the body. This process is the best cure for skin eruptions, psoriasis etc.
  • Vasthi : In this stage patients are induced to vomit. This stage is for purifying your chest and stomach. This treatment is a cure for chronic bronchial asthma and chronic allergic disorders.
    • Kashayavasthi : During this stage patients are subjected to medicated enema using time tested Ayurvedic preparations. The aim of this process is to solve any rheumatic and neurological problems in the body. Obesity is another problem for which vasthi has proven to be the remedy.
    • Thailavasthi : Medicated oil is used for enema. Also very effective for back pain due to variety of reasons.
    • Snehavasthi : Used to treat rheumatism, paralysis, etc.
      
      
• Oil Massage and Herbal Steambath for maintaining youthfulness of the body. Special care is taken in patients with cervical and lumbar spondylosis, osteoarthritis, etc.
  
  
• Sirodhara and Sirovasthi is a treatment method for nervous disorders, paralysis, etc.
  
  
• Njavara Kizhi for muscular weakness and is used for strengthening the body.
